IC 443
The Jellyfish Nebula

IC 443 is a supernova remnant in the constellation of Gemini. The bright star is Eta Geminorum, also known as Propus. The brighter nebula near the lower left is listed as IC 444. This SNR is located approx 1500 light years from earth and has a span of approx 70 light years across. |
