Western Veil Nebula

This supernova remnant in Gemini sometimes has the moniker the Jelly Fish Nebula. In the upper part of the image, just right of center shows a blue, green, red line. The asteroid 2009 Voloshina was captured transiting the image from right to left. This asteroid is 14 th magnitude and approximately 35 kilometers across. This image was captured over 4 different nights to acquire the 12 plus hours of data.
